How is a search assignment initiated?

A search assignment outlines the essential skills and attributes of the 'right' person sought by the Client company for the position being filled. It is initiated by a representative of the Client.

To begin the process, the Client representative completes a brief format. A Libarty partner reviews the Client need and contacts the Client representative within 24 hours. The partner will advise expectations for a successful search, its time frame, guarantees, and fee and payment obligations.

The Client is under NO obligation by providing the format information.
